Our Certified Lead teachers are accountable for the daily instruction. They will be responsible for creating, customizing, and implementing the instruction. Also the lead teacher is responsible for communication with parents about their child's development and best practices. We hope to encourage parents to adopt the Montessori life style at home but that requires excellent communication between teacher and parents so that they are on the same page as they nurture the children.

Teachers aids are typically aspiring educators enrolled in an early childcare . As a company we love hiring internally and having the ability for our teacher aids to become lead teachers. Teacher aids help with the observation of children during independent learning, transitioning to and from lunch and from inside to outside; as well as assist on field trips.
Occasionally teachers aids will conduct story times and disseminate informational content as it fits into the instructional strategies of the Lead Teacher

Our Substitutes are hired on an on call basis. Substitutes must pass all state background checks and also be cleared by Maryland State Department of Education and the Office of ChildCare.
Substitutes will be responsible for following and implementing the lessons created by the lead teacher. Also substitutes will be responsible for communication with parents about their child's day and written communication with the leader teacher on the days events.
