Our Idea to create a daycare spawned when my wife and I had our first child and we had to go through the thralls of finding the right Daycare. We ran into in home daycares ; you know the ones where the children spend most of their time in a basement, or in someones living room in front of a TV. We also ran into what could best be described as Baby farms; these large scale centers where there were so many more children than adults. The kind of places where "education" was just simply call and response, and where children were restricted to be in circles or lines most of the time only being allowed to play for 30 mins a day if weather permitted.
We were displeased by our options.
So we sought to create a daycare for parents like us. People who believe the best way to go is a balanced curriculum; both Montessori and traditional with small class sizes. A place where the child is intentionally well cared for emotionally and intellectually. Where children can learn at their pace under the best educational practices and in the best conditions.
We are a Montessori Inspired Daycare which means class size will be limited. Keeping the Educator to Child ratio as low as possible is paramount for us as a company.
In the unfortunate event that the lead teacher is sick, or has some extenuating circumstance there will be a substitute for that day. Substitutes are typically retired child care providers that sign up with us to provide addition support if needed. Every person from Facility Operators to substitutes must be cleared by a Governmental agency prior to working with any child care center.
There is a possibility of rejection. Although unlikely it does happen. We are a boutique daycare and if we believe ourselves ill-equipped to provide you with the highest standard of care then we won't waste your very valuable time.
There is an application/interview process it takes roughly 30 minutes and is held on Saturdays and Sundays by appointment
As a parent you need to understand that excessive latenesses may hinder your child's development. But we understand that situations arise and things happen any child dropped off before 10:30am will be admitted.
We wash them and dry them and send them home with you. Holding onto Soiled clothes is nasty and receiving it is worse. So each facility is equipped with a washer and dryer to deliver you clean clothes when accidents happen.
No they do not... Our schedule allows children to enjoy their mornings quietly and peacefully. We have quiet time from 7 to 9am where children may fall back asleep if parents have early morning drop-offs. And if a child is attempting to sleep we will allow them to rest but we do not schedule a midday nap time.
You have the total control. Parents are required to provide their child's lunch, however if parents disapprove of the provided breakfast and snacks then they can provide their child's substitutions as well
No, clothing is one of the first expressions of self that young children have, and if they like the clothes that they wear then the easier it is to have them take accountability for their belongings.

We want to be able to provide you the Parent with the best care and the interview is just as much for you as it is for us. We just want a chance to get to touch base with the child and parents to make sure we have a good fit.
Below are some of our favorite "Quotables" from our conversations with parents about their experiences with daycares . . . THESE were a few of the statements we focus on to build a PARENT-friendly culture.
"So I finally get an easy morning[at work], kids could sleep for an extra hour, I could sleep for an extra hour but if I don't get them to daycare by 9am I have to keep them all day so now I gotta get up mad"
- Karene J
"Have you ever accidentally left the [soiled] clothes in the car? In the summer? For the weekend?
Now I got to throw the whole car away. Thanks!"
- Heather F
"Hell if I know what my daughter learns, they could tell me anything not like I can see what going on"
-Jaque R
"Please tell me you saw the meme where the parent drops her child off just to pick him up wearing someone else's mask; apparently it was a 3 way trade with his friends"
-Morrell M
"Will a uniformed shirt really make my grandson learn more or faster. Why can't my lil"man wear his spider-man shirt? Instead, everyday I dress him up like Jake from Statefarm"
- April W
" So if they sleep all day, how am I supposed to get them on a normal bedtime?"
- Darryl T
